Recommendations

Modules, creating and publishing a recommendation report

Watch the video

Overview

Recommendations turns lab results into a clear fertilisation or crop protection report, with practical activities attached. Every module follows a fixed structure and template, and the logic is driven by calculations that have been extensively peer reviewed. So you get the same kind of report every time. Open it with Recommendations in the side menu.

Recommendations or AI chat?

  • Recommendations gives you a structured report in a fixed format, built on calculations. Use it for advice you put your name to and share with a grower.
  • Integrated AI can also write a fertiliser plan, crop protection plan or report, in conversation. Quick and flexible, but the format is less consistent.

The modules

Each card is a recommendation module. Some are built by SoilBeat, others are co-created and shared by agronomists. Currently active:

  • Plant sap
  • Fertigation / hydroponics

Cards marked Coming soon are on their way.

Create a recommendation

Every module works the same way:

  1. Choose a goal, for example balancing nutrition with plant sap.
  2. Select your data: the lab samples and field data the report is based on.
  3. Review and edit the interpretation report SoilBeat generates. Every block is editable, so the final advice is yours. You can move sections up or down.
  4. Generate activities: fertilisation, crop protection and crop management.
  5. Publish to the grower.

Plans that use the grower’s own products

Happy with the report? Let SoilBeat turn it into activities: a prescription plan with dates, zones and doses.

Products come from the grower’s fertiliser library (Farm Setup → Fertilizers), so you only get advice for products the grower actually prefers. A product missing from the library? SoilBeat uses its national fertiliser database instead.

Publish when you’re ready

  1. Move the report from Draft to In review to Approved.
  2. Click Publish.
  3. All linked activities appear on the grower’s Activities screen.
  4. Send the report with Email report, or download it with Export as PDF.

Nothing reaches the grower before you publish.
