Overview

Activities keeps every field activity in one place: plan, assign and log what needs to happen, where and when. Open it with Activities in the side menu.

• Advisors see what was actually done, and use that history to make better recommendations.
• Growers keep a clear record for daily management and compliance.

Add an activity

• Click New Activity for a single task.
• Click New Prescription Plan for a plan of product applications.

Activities from a published recommendation or announcement appear here automatically.

1. Choose the activity type.
2. Choose the zones where it should be carried out.
3. Set the date, and assign it to a coworker if needed.
4. Add the products: the exact mix of fertilisers or crop protection products, with amount and unit. Product missing? Add it to the library from the same screen.
5. Save the activity.

Find activities

Use the column headers to sort or filter, for example by zone, type, date or status.

Open and edit an activity

Click an activity to see what needs to happen, where, when, and which products or instructions are involved. Click Edit whenever the plan needs adjusting. Done in the field? Click Complete.

Work on many activities at once

Tick several activities to:

• mark them Complete
• duplicate repeating tasks to other zones or dates
• share them by email
• export them as PDF
