Overview

The Notification Center is where everything comes together, across all your farms. Open it with Communication → Notification Center in the side menu.

You’ll find:

• Updates, like a lab report that’s ready or a new management zone
• Comments and mentions on lab reports, field observations, activities and recommendations
• Announcements from your advisor or organisation

You also get your notifications by email. Getting them on WhatsApp is coming soon, expected end of October 2026.

Find what matters

Search, or filter by:

• Type: info, warning, error or special
• Status: read or unread
• Entity type: lab report, field observation, activity, recommendation, announcement and more
• Date
• Farm: one customer farm, or all of them

Work through your list

1. Each row shows the farm, what happened and when.
2. Click a row to go straight to the item.
3. Mark a row read or unread to keep track of what you’ve handled.
4. Click the X to dismiss it.

Caught up? Click Mark all as read to clear the whole list in one click.

Your dashboard

Home also shows your notifications for the current farm. Pick a management zone there to see only that zone’s activities, lab reports and field observations.

Choose how you’re notified

Getting too many emails, or too few? Go to Account Settings to choose which notifications you receive. Once WhatsApp is available, you’ll be able to switch it on there as well.
