Farm management

Set up farms, users and the structure that keeps your agronomic work connected.

Farm management

Adding farms

Create a farm workspace, set its location and business details, and manage the farms linked to your account.

Farm overview

The Farm Overview screen is the administrative heart of your account. It allows you to manage multiple agricultural properties, control who has access to your data, and establish new farm workspaces to begin tracking localized weather and soil metrics.

Managing your farms

Monitor and switch between the different farm properties linked to your account.

  • Farm list item: Shows the farm name, subscription level (for example, Pro), and physical address.
  • Active badge: A green status icon confirming the workspace is live and data is syncing.
  • Options menu (⋮): The menu on the right used to access administrative settings.
  • Edit Farm: Found inside the Options menu; use it to change addresses or contact details.

Switch or edit a farm

To change workspaces, click the Farm Name in the list. The sidebar will update to show data for that specific farm.

To edit details, click the three-dot (⋮) icon at the far right of the farm row and select Edit Farm.

Add a new farm

Setting up a new farm is a one-time process that creates a dedicated workspace for that property.

  1. Name the farm. Enter a unique name in the Farm Name field.
  2. Set the geographic location. Type the address into the Search location… bar. Verify that the pin on the map is centered on your farm.
  3. Enter business details. Click the small arrow (chevron) to expand Additional Information. Fill in your Chamber of Commerce number, email, and phone.
  4. Add internal notes. Use the Notes field for specific details, such as “Main orchard block” or “East side property.”
  5. Save and create. Click the green Create Farm button to finish.

Important notes and tips

Warning on location: The map pin is used to connect your dashboard to the nearest local weather station. If the pin is inaccurate, your weather insights will be incorrect.
Tip for collaborators: If you see “Farm shared by…” above a list item, you are a guest on that farm. You may have limited permissions compared to a farm you created yourself.

Subscription levels: Note the Pro or Basic badge. Certain features, such as Nutrient Management Planning, are only available on Pro workspaces.
