  • Mobile App Data: When using the SoilBeat mobile application, we may automatically collect diagnostic data (such as crash logs and app performance statistics) and device identifiers to ensure the app functions correctly and securely.


  • Device Permissions: If our mobile app requires access to your device's camera, photo gallery, or location to provide specific agricultural features, we will request your explicit permission within the app before accessing this data.

  • In-App Deletion: If you use the SoilBeat mobile application, you can delete your account and associated data directly within the app by navigating to [Insert App Menu Path, e.g., Settings > Account > Delete Account].



  • Web / Email Request: You can also request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by sending an email to info@soilbeat.com.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal user data, rather than merely freezing your account, subject to any legal requirements we have to retain specific records.

How We Share Your Information

We will not transfer your personal data to third parties without asking for your permission, except in limited circumstances as described below:

  • Advertising services

  • Legal entities

  • Analytics

  • Data collection and processing
