Overview

Field Scout puts what you see in the field on record: crop health, diseases, pests and soil conditions. Every observation is linked to a zone and a date, so it shows up next to your lab data in Analytics and helps SoilBeat give better recommendations. Open it with Data → Field Scout in the side menu.

Add an observation

1. Go to Data → Field Scout.
2. Click New Observation.
3. Choose the type: disease, pest, soil condition or a standard note.
4. Set the importance, the zone and the date.
5. Pin the exact location on the map.
6. Add notes, and photos or videos as evidence.
7. Save the observation.

• Voice control: just describe what you see, and SoilBeat’s AI turns it into a complete observation. This also works on desktop.
• Photos: tap the camera button and take photos straight from your phone.

Open an observation

Click an observation to see the full summary: location, crop, severity, affected area and photos. Click a photo to enlarge it.

• Use Comments to discuss it with the grower or your team.
• Use Edit to update it.

Let AI chat interpret your observations

1. Tick one or more observations.
2. Click Interpret with AI.
3. AI chat analyses them together with your farm data: it highlights the key risks and suggests immediate actions.
4. Not right yet? Refine the result with AI chat before you reject it.

You can take it further. Ask AI chat, for example:

• “What changed since the last application?”
• “Turn this into a draft crop protection plan.”

Or let it create a recommendation report, ready for you to review and publish.
