Comments
Discuss lab reports, observations and recommendations
Overview
Comments let advisors and growers, or growers among themselves, discuss the data where it lives. Each comment stays with the item it’s about, so the conversation never gets lost in email or WhatsApp. Open the overview with Communication → Comments in the side menu.
You can comment on a specific:
- lab report
- field observation
- activity
- recommendation report
Add a comment
- Open the lab report, observation, activity or recommendation.
- Go to the Comments tab (on lab reports and field scouts it’s the second tab or button).
- Type your comment. Type @ to mention someone, so they know you need them.
- Click Attach to add a photo or file.
- Send it.
For example: “@grower, we see a peak in boron. Have you applied any fertilisers high in boron?”
You can edit or delete your own comments at any time.
The comments overview
The Comments page collects all comments for the current farm.
- Filter by type to show only comments on activities, field observations, lab reports or recommendations.
- Each row shows what the comments are about, the latest comment, how many there are and when.
- Click a row to open the item itself, with the conversation in the Comments tab.
Never miss a reply
New comments and mentions also appear in your Notification Center. You get them by email too; getting them on WhatsApp is coming soon, expected end of October 2026. Choose what you receive in Account Settings.
