RECOMMENDATIONS

Build prescriptions and advisor plans from connected farm data.

Use SoilBeat’s integrated AI to create multizone fertilizer plans and customized advisor recommendations from connected farm data. Use the PlantSap and Fertigation modules, reuse existing templates, review the advice and publish the resulting field activities with follow-up.

For growers, agronomists and advisory organizations.

How it works

How do I create a fertilizer recommendation from a lab report?

Choose a recommendation goal, select the relevant lab report and farm records, then prepare and review the plan before sharing it. These four steps connect soil, plant sap or water results with crop needs, products, rates and follow-up activities, so the recommendation stays linked to the evidence behind it.

1

Choose the goal

Choose the recommendation goal, farm and management zones, and select a template where appropriate.

2

Select data sources

Select relevant laboratory results, reviewed scout reports, applications and crop history, together with crop needs and yield goals.

3

Generate and review

Use SoilBeat AI or an available recommendation module to prepare the plan. Review the reasoning, selected products and rates, then edit the recommendation before sharing.

4

Send and track

Share the approved recommendation, publish the resulting field activities and track completion alongside new observations and measurements.

HOW IT HELPS

Who approves the advice before the grower sees it?

The agronomist reviews, edits and approves advisor advice before sharing it with the grower. SoilBeat AI helps prepare a draft from connected laboratory results and farm records; the advisor checks the interpretation, formulas, products, rates and proposed field activities against the crop, conditions and their professional judgment.

01

Bring the evidence together

Use laboratory results, observations, activities, crop information and farm history as evidence for the recommendation instead of working from one isolated report.

02

Define the prescription calculation

Agronomists define formulas from soil test data, yield goals and industry-standard recommendations, then set minimum and maximum rates, multipliers and product selection. Apply existing templates to auto-populate new recommendations, review the results and customize the plan before sharing it.

03

Keep the expert in control

Review the reasoning, adjust products and rates, add observations and apply your own judgment before the recommendation is approved.

04

Turn advice into action

Translate prescriptions into clear products, rates, timings and activities, and keep what happens next connected to the farm record.

The goal isn’t to automate agronomic judgment. It’s to remove repetitive work around it.

Recommendation workflow

What can I create with SoilBeat AI?

Use SoilBeat AI to prepare editable advisor recommendations from connected farm data, then review the proposed interpretation, products and rates before sharing. The examples below show PlantSap reports, Fertigation recommendations and general advisor plans, with resulting prescriptions connected to field activities and follow-up rather than left in a conversation.

PlantSap Report

Turn plant sap analysis into in-season action.

Turn plant sap results into clear in-season actions. SoilBeat highlights the main nutrient risks, compares results with previous samples, and drafts suggested prescriptions. The agronomist reviews and fine-tunes the advice, using the grower’s own fertilization products where relevant.

  • AI-assisted interpretation of risks and uptake blocks
  • Trends compared with previous sap samples
  • Advisor-reviewed prescriptions and actions
  • Uses the grower’s own products
  • Prescriptions and actions become a grower to-do list

What does a recommendation report look like?

A SoilBeat recommendation report brings findings, supporting measurements and proposed actions together in an editable plan that can be shared with the grower. It connects the field and crop context with laboratory results, products, application rates and timings, so the reader can see what is proposed and why.

1

Key findings

The main risks, imbalances and priorities are summarized in plain language.

2

Supporting visuals

Charts, sample comparisons and nutrient status views show why the advice was given.

3

Suggested activities

Products, rates, timings and instructions are converted into practical actions.

Who it is for

How does a recommendation become field activities?

After review, publish the recommendation’s prescribed actions as field activities with products, rates and timings for the grower to follow. Completion records, observations and later laboratory measurements stay connected to the farm history, helping the agronomist compare the approved plan with what happened in the field.

For agronomists

Publish a reviewed plan and follow up.

Review the recommendation, share the approved advice and publish the resulting activities. Use the grower’s completion records and new measurements when preparing the next recommendation.

  • Draft reports from lab data, FieldScout observations and farm history.
  • Standardize recommendation quality across advisors and regions.
  • Edit, approve and send the final report under your own branding.
  • Convert advice into farmer activities and save time on follow-up.
For farmers

See what to apply and record what happened.

Open the shared advice and resulting field activities, then record completed applications and observations. Keep the actual field work connected to the recommendation and farm history.

  • Turn soil or plant sap results into plain-language findings.
  • Focus the report on a specific issue, crop or field.
  • Share the recommendation with your agronomist for review.
  • Track completed actions and compare future results.

Recommendation questions

What should I know about recommendation reports?

Can I use my own formulas, rate limits and products?

Yes. Agronomists can define prescription formulas, minimum and maximum application rates, multipliers and product choices, then reuse templates when preparing a new recommendation. Review the calculated results against the laboratory method, crop needs and field conditions before approving the plan; growers see published advice, not your formula definitions. Explore the advisor workflow.

Can I put my branding on the report?

Yes. Advisor reports can use your own logo and report template, so the grower receives advice presented under your branding. Confirm the report configuration included in your workspace before rollout; broader white-label requirements for an organization should be agreed with SoilBeat as part of the team setup. Discuss team branding.

How many recommendations does each plan include?

Monthly allowances are five recommendation reports for Farmer Pro and 25 for Advisor; Freemium includes none after its trial. Invited Farmer includes one report per month prepared by the advisor, while Organization allowances are agreed for the team; additional recommendation reports cost €5 each, and monthly allowances do not roll over. Compare current plan allowances.

Can the farmer see it?

Yes. Share the approved recommendation with a grower who has access to the relevant farm, then publish the resulting field activities for follow-up. The grower sees the published advice and practical actions, not the advisor’s formula definitions; an Invited Farmer cannot create, edit or publish recommendation reports themselves. See the grower workflow.

Can I export a recommendation as a PDF?

Yes. You can export a recommendation report as a PDF to share the reviewed plan outside SoilBeat. Keep the approved version and its field activities connected in the workspace as well, so application records, grower observations and later laboratory results can inform the next recommendation and follow-up discussion. Explore activities and follow-up.
