Does the AI see data from other farms?
SoilBeat AI works with farm records available to your account and permitted sharing, so an advisor may investigate several authorized client farms. Farm ownership and accepted sharing determine access; using AI does not give you access to unrelated customers’ records, and the information supplied to an AI provider depends on the feature. Read about data access and processing.
What reaches an AI provider?
SoilBeat uses Anthropic and Google services for AI-assisted features; depending on the feature, information sent can include prompts, selected farm and crop context, laboratory reports, uploaded documents, conversation history, recordings or transcripts. A separate consent step applies to third-party AI features, and processing, retention and training restrictions depend on the service, configuration and agreement. Read the third-party AI policy.
Can it read a photo of a leaf?
Yes. SoilBeat’s mobile FieldScout workflow supports photos and AI-assisted photo interpretation, so you can capture a leaf or crop observation with the field context attached. A photo can support investigation of visible symptoms, but it does not establish the cause on its own; review it alongside measurements, history and your agronomist’s judgment. Explore mobile observations.
How many questions are included per plan?
Standard monthly Integrated AI allowances are five questions for Freemium, 10 for Invited Farmer, 15 for Farmer Pro and 50 for Advisor; Organization uses an agreed pooled allowance. Trial access and extra credits have separate terms, and unused monthly allowance does not carry over, so check the current plan details for your workspace. Compare current AI allowances.
Which languages does it answer in?
The app is available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French. You can ask questions in the language you work in. Keep laboratory names, sample dates, crop names and units clear in your question, then review the meaning of the answer with your agronomist before using it to change a recommendation or field activity. Discuss your language and workflow.
