To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategy and execution, has an affinity for sustainability and agriculture, and is energized by working in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the linchpin of our commercial growth and customer engagement. You will develop and run digital campaigns, guide projects with farmers and agricultural advisors, and help build strong customer relationships. You switch smoothly between strategy and execution, think both conceptually and practically, and work closely with the sales and product teams.
Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns (including Meta, Google Ads).
Develop and execute an SEO/SEA strategy to increase our reach.
Customer contact and project management with farmers and agricultural advisors in the Netherlands and worldwide.
Connect and automate systems to make marketing and sales scalable.
Optimize the user flow and software experience in collaboration with the product team.
Set up and manage online guidance tools and AI-driven solutions for smarter work.
Creative content development and visual design (including Photoshop).
Project management: coordinating campaigns and client projects, monitoring deadlines, and managing stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
Experience with digital marketing (Meta, Google Ads, SEO/SEA).
Strong affinity for software, data, and AI applications.
Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools.
A proactive and independent work ethic: you spot opportunities and act on them immediately.
Conceptual thinking combined with a practical approach.
