Why do we collect business data?

In principle, we only store your data if you are known as a relation or if you approached us on your own initiative for a possible assignment or cooperation.

We store data that is necessary for carrying out our work, such as making appointments, providing services you take from us, sending a quote or invoice, and/or informing about relevant developments within our organization and our field of expertise.

Type of data

We only collect functional and legally required information. If you are not an existing customer or business relation, we only store data when you actively provide us with this data.

Sharing data with third parties

We will not share any business data concerning you with third parties. All information provided by you is treated confidentially. We do not store business data, except for name and contact details; our software is developed in principle in such a way that we cannot access the content or mentioned business data. Providing these data to third parties is something that only you can do, with or without using the software developed by us.

Retention periods

We do not store your data longer than necessary. This means that we keep some data for up to a maximum of 7 years to comply with legal obligations. For other data, we use functional periods, such as the completion of a project.

Removing your data
