With this privacy statement, we would like to inform you how SoilBeat handles your personal data and information. We believe it is important that we do not have access to data or business information from relations in principle; we only facilitate a number of services and software applications.

Why do we collect business data?
In principle, we only store your data if you are known as a relation or if you approached us on your own initiative for a possible assignment or cooperation.
We store data that is necessary for carrying out our work, such as making appointments, providing services you take from us, sending a quote or invoice, and/or informing about relevant developments within our organization and our field of expertise.
Type of data
We only collect functional and legally required information. If you are not an existing customer or business relation, we only store data when you actively provide us with this data.
Sharing data with third parties
We will not share any business data concerning you with third parties. All information provided by you is treated confidentially. We do not store business data, except for name and contact details; our software is developed in principle in such a way that we cannot access the content or mentioned business data. Providing these data to third parties is something that only you can do, with or without using the software developed by us.
We do not store your data longer than necessary. This means that we keep some data for up to a maximum of 7 years to comply with legal obligations. For other data, we use functional periods, such as the completion of a project.
Removing your data
From May 25, 2018, the privacy law gives you the right to know which data we store about you, to correct these data, or - where the law allows - to delete them. Of course, we are happy to cooperate with this. Curious about which data we store about you? Please contact us.
General Terms and Applicable Law
SoilBeat has General Terms and Conditions. The provisions included in the General Terms and Conditions take precedence over the provisions included in this Privacy Statement. You can find these General Terms and Conditions here. Dutch law applies.
